Adultery

“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery. But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.” (Matthew 5: 27-30)

What the Holy Injil Teaches About Adultery?

Millions around the world commit adultery or fornication, the Holy Injil teaches that, “”For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies” (Matthew 15:19). It is clear that adultery and fornication are always evil and sinful.

People think that they can get away with adultery and immorality, but the Holy Injil declares, “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life” (Galatians 6:7–8).

The Holy Injil gives a sobering warning that “fornicators and adulterers God will judge.” (Hebrews 13:4) Are you committing fornication? Are you committing adultery? It is time to face sin. God says that He will judge sinners. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 6:23). Repent and you will be forgiven (Acts 2:38). You can turn your life around, and begin to live by the values that bring true success and lasting joy!
