ADIM: Hedeflerinizi\/Amac\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 Belirleyin <\/strong><br \/>\nNeden oru\u00e7 tutuyorsunuz? Manevi yenilenme i\u00e7in mi, rehberlik i\u00e7in mi, \u015fifalanmak i\u00e7in mi, problemlerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in mi, zor bir durumun \u00fcstesinden gelmeye y\u00f6nelik \u00f6zel bir l\u00fctuf i\u00e7in mi? ADIM: T\u0131bben Emin Olun <\/strong><br \/>\nOrucun faydalar\u0131na ve gereklili\u011fine ra\u011fmen baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin profesyonel t\u0131bbi g\u00f6zetim olmadan asla oru\u00e7 tutmamas\u0131 gerekir. \u00d6rne\u011fin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fiziksel olarak \u00e7ok zay\u0131f veya bir deri bir kemik ki\u015filer.\n<ul>\n<li>Anoreksiya, blumia gibi yeme bozukluklar\u0131na yatk\u0131n ya da ba\u015fka davran\u0131\u015f bozukluklar\u0131 olan ki\u015filer. Yuhanna 5:14-15\u2019teki vaadi do\u011frultusunda Tanr\u0131\u2019dan sizi Kutsal Ruhu\u2019yla doldurmas\u0131n\u0131 isteyin.<\/li>\n<li>Ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 tamam\u0131yla Rabbiniz ve Efendiniz olarak \u0130sa Mesih\u2019e teslim edin, bedeninize ya da ba\u015fka her t\u00fcrl\u00fc d\u00fcnyevi etkiye boyun e\u011fmeyi reddedin (Romal\u0131lar 12:1-2).<\/li>\n<li>Tanr\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerini tefekk\u00fcr edin (Mezmur 48:9-10; 103:1-8, 11-13). ADIM: Kendinizi Fiziksel Olarak Haz\u0131rlay\u0131n <\/strong><br \/>\nOru\u00e7 ak\u0131lc\u0131 \u00f6nlemler gerektirir. \u00d6nce doktorunuza ba\u015fvurmay\u0131 ihmal etmeyin, \u00f6zellikle de re\u00e7ete edilmi\u015f ila\u00e7lar kullan\u0131yorsan\u0131z ya da kronik bir rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z varsa. Fiziksel haz\u0131rl\u0131k beslenme d\u00fczeninizde k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir de\u011fi\u015fimi gerektirir. Kral Davut \u015f\u00f6yle der: \u201cGelin, dinleyin, ey sizler, Tanr\u0131\u2019dan korkanlar, benim i\u00e7in neler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 size anlatay\u0131m. A\u011fz\u0131mla O\u2019na yakard\u0131m, \u00f6vg\u00fcs\u00fc dilimden d\u00fc\u015fmedi. Y\u00fcre\u011fimde k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe yer verseydim, Rab beni dinlemezdi. Oysa Tanr\u0131 dinledi beni, kulak verdi duam\u0131n sesine. \u00d6vg\u00fcler olsun Tanr\u0131\u2019ya, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc duam\u0131 geri \u00e7evirmedi, sevgisini benden esirgemedi.\u201d (Mezmur 66:16-20)<\/p>\n<p>Dualar\u0131n\u0131zda sadece a\u00e7\u0131k g\u00fcnahlar\u0131 de\u011fil, gizli olanlar\u0131 da itiraf edin. \u0130hmal su\u00e7lar\u0131 kadar bile bile g\u00fcnah i\u015fledi\u011fimiz olaylar\u0131 da. Bu sayede korunman\u0131z umulmaktad\u0131r.\u201d (Bakara Suresi 2:183)<\/p>\n<p>Bir\u00e7ok H\u0131ristiyan oru\u00e7 tutar ama M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n tuttu\u011fu bi\u00e7imde de\u011fil, ayr\u0131ca bunu belli de etmezler. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 her sene, \u0130sa\u2019n\u0131n tebli\u011f faaliyetinin ba\u015flamas\u0131 olay\u0131n\u0131 anmak ve O\u2019nun \u0131st\u0131rab\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00f6l\u00fcmden dirili\u015finin kutlamas\u0131na haz\u0131rlanmak amac\u0131yla 40 k\u0131rk g\u00fcn oru\u00e7 tutar. Samuel 31:13, 1. Krallar 21:27, 2. Samuel 12:16 ve devam eden ayetler). They ask me for just decisions and seem eager for God to come near them. &#8216;Why have we fasted,&#8217; they say, &#8216;and you have not seen it? Why have we humbled ourselves, and you have not noticed?&#8217; Yet on the day of your fasting, you do as you please and exploit all your workers. Your fasting ends in quarrelling and strife, and in striking each other with wicked fists. You cannot fast as you do today and expect your voice to be heard on high. Is this the kind of fast I have chosen, only a day for a man to humble himself? Is it only for bowing one&#8217;s head like a reed and for lying on sackcloth and ashes? Is that what you call a fast, a day acceptable to the Lord? Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter &#8211; when you see the naked, to clothe him, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood? Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the LORD will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here I am.If you do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk, and if you spend yourselves on behalf of the hungry and satisfy the need of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday. The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame.
